We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition, with tags attached
- Returned in original packaging where possible
Exchanges
Size exchanges within the UK are free, subject to stock availability. If your size isn't in stock, we'll offer a refund instead.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised jerseys (name & number printed)
- Items marked as final sale / clearance
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or wrong, we'll cover return shipping and get it sorted — no questions asked. Contact us with photos and we'll move fast.
International Returns
Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Your order number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos, if the item is faulty or incorrect
We reply within 24 hours with next steps.
